WILDFIRE MITIGATION MONEY · TELLER COUNTY, COLORADO

The wildfire-mitigation money available to Teller County homeowners — and the fixes it pays for.

Colorado law now requires your insurer to show you the wildfire risk score behind your rate, explain what drove it, and credit the mitigation work you document. The same fixes that lower your risk are often paid for — in part or in full — by public programs. Here's what applies in Teller County.
