To help with your insurability, we ask for real things — your address, your insurer, sometimes photos and documents. Here’s exactly how we treat them.

What we collect, and why

Only what the work needs: your contact details, property and policy information, and any evidence you choose to upload to support an appeal or placement. We don’t ask for more than that, and we don’t collect health or medical information. The full list lives in our Privacy Policy.

How it’s stored

Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored in our managed database with access limited to the people who run evenstate. Payment details are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

Your evidence, treated as evidence

By submitting photos and documents, you authorize evenstate to store them, review them, and use them as evidence in services you've requested. We never sell your information. The point of your file is that it’s dated and organized so an insurer or agent can rely on it — so we keep it intact and attributed to you.

We never sell your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that run evenstate (payment, email, hosting) and — with your consent — an insurance agency if you ask for a placement referral. Details and the full vendor list are in the Privacy Policy.

Deleting your data

It’s your data. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing support@evenstate.ai, and depending on where you live you may have additional rights (Colorado residents, for example) to access, correct, or export it — see the Privacy Policy for how to exercise them.
